Bridger Bowl announced plans Thursday to hold a special lottery for 175 red Riblet chairs from the recently-retired Bridger and Deer Park lifts. The 75-pound chairs stand eight feet tall with stem. Some were used at the ski area for more than 30 years.

Entry fee for the lottery is $20. Purchase price for the chairs in addition to the entry fee is $250 for Bridger Bowl Association Members and $350 for non-members.

A computer generated lottery will be held June 28, 2010, to decide the winners. No specific chair request will be allowed.

Entries, which must include a non-refundable $20 check, complete name, phone number and e-mail, can be sent to Bridger Bowl Red Chair; 15795 Bridger Canyon Road; Bozeman, MT 59715.
